Construction of High St. CrosswalkSeptember 24, 2015

Media Statement:

In an effort to increase the safety of our associates who must utilize the High Street crosswalk, we are currently making plans to pursue construction of a pedestrian bridge for our High Street Facility.

This bridge would cross over High Street and connect the main associate entrance to the 900 High Street parking lot without impeding traffic.

The intent of this elevated pedestrian walkway is to eliminate the need for our associates to cross at street level, thereby greatly reducing any potential safety hazards associated with crossing an ever increasingly busy street. In addition, it will also help reduce traffic congestion during shift changes.

This project is a win for all involved, and we hope to start construction by years end.
