Responsible to: Project Manager

Requirements: Min. Bachelor degree in agronomy or a related area, such as soil conservation,

agriculture education, or general agriculture

Agronomists are plant and soil scientists who study and try to improve on the process of growing

farm crops. They help farmers use their land more effectively and suggest methods to increaseyields. Agronomists also aid in solving or preventing problems with soil and crops.

The responsibilities are:

Conducts experiments or investigations in field-crop problems and develops new methods

of growing crops to secure more efficient production, higher yield, and improved quality

Plans and carries out breeding studies at experiment stations or farms to develop and

improve varieties of field crops with respect to characteristics, such as yield, quality,

adaptation to specific soils or climates, and resistance to diseases and pests

Studies crop production to discover best methods of planting, cultivation, harvesting, and

effects of various climatic conditions on crops. Develops methods for control of noxious

weeds, crop diseases, and insect pests

4. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER Post Date: 06 Jun 13

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall delivery of customer telecommunications

construction projects in Indonesia

2. Implement policies, procedures, and organizational structure for assigned

operating unit within the framework of corporate policy.

3. Assist in the establishment and ensure compliance of operational units short-term and long-term goals with overall country objectives.

4. Prepare project budgets and track project actual vs budget.

5. Provide support to any number of customer projects from an operational,

financial and resource standpoint.

6. Responsible for ensuring that project milestones are met within agreed

customer timeframe and within project budget

7. Responsible for ensuring that document handover is performed efficiently and

targets met.

8. In conjunction with the project managers, responsible for maintaining good

working relationships with customers, subcontractors and suppliers.

9. Responsible for ensuring compliance to company OH&S policy.

10. Responsible for weekly project revenue recognition and reporting

Qualifications :

1. Master or bachelor degree in Civil engineering or equivalent from reputable

university plus extensive experience in the management of construction

projects.

2. At least 10 years in relevant management in the construction or

telecommunications industry and min 7 years in managerial level.

3. Min 37 years old, mature and independence in solving problem, and target

result oriented.

4. Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and analytical skills a

necessity.

5. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), mandatory.
