.B: I.Any Omission/Commission/Clash may kindly be brought to the notice 01" theController of Examinations, Utkal University immediately otherwise the Universityshall not be held responsible in future.

2.The Centre Superintendents are requested to ensure that the papers of the aboveExaminations are correctly filled in by the Candidate, as per the programme.Accordingly the invigilators should be instructed to put their signature in theappropriate column of the answer script after proper verification.

3.All the Theory scripts should be sent to the zone supervisors as per the DespatchAdvice of the respective zones. I f the Theory scripts are not sent to the appropriatedestination in time, the Principal of the concerned college shall be responsible forany inconvenience caused either to the students or to the University.

4.The Centre Superintendents are requested to submit All Practical marks online andsubmit the Mark Foils along with Scripts to the DDCE, Utkal University within 07days of compilation of practical examination in the concern\tentre.
