Using Internet Explorer 10 and the Courseware.

If you are using IE 10 as your browser, you will encounter issues with your courseware unless our sites

are added to your compatibility list in IE10 ( Even if the course launches and appears to run correctly,

you will encounter times when some of the buttons are not available, or your simulations may not

work). Note: If the menu bar is not visible, click ALT on your keyboard, and it will show up.

To determine if you are using IE10: From the Help menu, select “About Internet Explorer”.

You will be presented with the following screen that will provide you with the version of Internet

Explorer you are using.

To add our sites to the Compatibility list, go to the Tools menu, select “Compatibility View Settings”.

The box below will pop up. In the “Add this website” field add skillport.com, then click “Add”. Then do

the same for onlineclasslogin.com. Click “Close”.

Skillport.com and onlineclasslogin.com will show up in the list of added sites, and now the course

should work.
