• Khazar will have 16 BP sponsored students

( 4 in each year of study ) – 8 in 2004 rising to 16 in 2007.

• Long-term programme earning up to $40,000 per year for Khazar

• Khazar with links to Middle Eastern Technical University, Ankara ( Also BP Scholarship University ) engaged in joint exercise of finding, testing and matriculating BP Scholarship students.

• Potential for student exchanges between 2 similar Pet. Eng programmes.
