User manual for internship applicants
KI Collaboration portal/Varbi
Create an account as first time user. Log in with email and password.Avoid using Google+, LinkedIn and Facebook.
If you already have applied to KI positions, the same acount can be used.
The name of the project will be at the top of the form. Fill out data (no profile picture neccessary). You can always pause or cancel yourapplication.
1 - upload document (CV). Name the document with your full name. The document will appear on the screen when uploaded.
Confirmation letter is uploaded in a separate link found in the frame with the projects on KI Collaboration portal on ki.se.
Name the document with your full name.
Indicate KI department
Answer questions 4, 5, 6 in text and submit.
You can get an overview of your applications under My registrations or ifyou re-enter the system.
If you encounter problems with the application system. Take a screen shot, explain the problem in short in an email to [email protected]
