Veteran Complaint Section
Click on Fresh Complaint from above section and following screen will appear
Select a Complaint Category to view status of existing complaint / add new
complaint.
Click on a category to View/Add a complaint

Add New Complaint
After clicking on the category the following section will appear where Veteran can
View its complaints as well as ‘Add New’ complaints.
Click ‘Add New’ to view the complaint form

Click Submit to register the complaint

After Submitting the complaint form Veteran will receive a complaint number as
shown in the following screen.

View Complaint
After clicking on the category the following section will appear where Veteran can
View its complaints as well as Add New complaints.
Click ‘View’ To view the complaint.

After clicking on the ‘View` link following section will appear where veteran can
view complaint detail.

Raising Query on Response Received
Once the Redressal agency has replied to the Grievance, Veteran can raise further
query on the response received or close the complaint.
Click ‘Submit Response’ to raise further query on the response received

On Clicking ‘Submit Response’ link, the following screen will appear where Veteran
can submit further query on the response received.
Enter the Response.
Select a File to Upload
Select a Date
Click to Submit a Response

After submitting response Veteran will receive the confirmation message.

Closing a Complaint
If veteran is satisfied with the department response, he/she can close a complaint
by clicking ‘Close Complaint’ link as shown below or if no action is taken by veteran
within 30 days of receiving response from department, then complaint will
automatically be closed.
Click ‘Close Complaint’ to close a complaint.

After clicking on ‘Close Complaint’ link a confirmation message will appear.
Click ‘OK’ to proceed.

After clicking on ‘OK’ the success message will appear indicating that complaint is
successfully closed.

Search Complaint
This section is used for searching past complaints.
When clicked, the following screen will appear
Using different permutation and combination of provided parameters as search
filters, veteran can generate report of past complaints added by him/her.

Select Regt / Corp
Select a award
Choose who register complaint
Select a state
Choose pension status
Enter ESM ID number
Select date of complaint
Select date of enrollment
Select date of retirement
Select a district
Choose disability status
Enter Service Number
Enter Veteran’s Name

Enter days of complaint
got resolved
Click search to continue

Search Result
On clicking ‘search’ button the following screen will appear, where veteran can view
the search results according to the combination entered by veteran in previous
screen.

Change Password
After click on ‘Change Password’ following Screen will appear.
Enter Current Password
Enter New Password
Enter New Password again
to Confirm
Click ‘Change’ to proceed.
