Steps for Online Changing of Digital Signing Certificate:
1. On home page click on “Login”.
2. Go to change DSC and select the click here to change DSC.

Then you will be redirected to “Authenticate Yourself” page where you will be asked to fill in your credentials.
Click on “Login” button for next process.
If your username is valid then you will be directed to the next step.
Please enter your username
(i.e registered email id).

In this step you have to enter the “OTP” received on your registered phone number or email id.
If OTP is corrected then you will get a popup saying that “click on ok” to add your digital certificate.

After click on “OK” button .jnlp downloaded into client system.
Always .jnlp file should run with the java web start launcher
only(that means you will find the file with the java symbol).Incase if you
don’t get the java web start launcher by default then you should select
“Open with” and click on browse -> java -> bin -> javaws and then click
on ok.
For Internet Explorer:
Click on “Open” button for .jnlp running.

For Chrome:
Click on .jnlp file at bottom on page for running the application.

For Firefox:
Select “Open with” and click on “OK” button.
For run the application please accept Java terms & conditions like

“Tick the check box” and click on “Run” button.
Once click on Run button, next certificate selection box will come for your selection of your certificate.
After selecting the certificate it is asking for certificate password.

Click on “Ok” after giving the certificate password.
On successful Certificate change you will get confirmation message like

You will get confirmation mail to registered Email id on successful Certificate Change along with System generated new password.
