I t is the science of using colors to adjust body vibrat ions to frequencies that result in health & harmony. Humans need the sun’s l ight, which is broken into seven dist inct rays, to l ive. I f there is an imbalance in these colors within our bodies, i t can manifest i tsel f in mental or physical distress.
Each color possesses f requencies of a specif ic v ibrat ion, and each vibrat ion is related to di fferent physical symptoms. Chromotherapy works on var ious energy points to help your body re-establ ish i ts natural balance. S T E P 1Chromotherapy bulbs are instal led from the inside of the unit by pul l ing down the metal casing on the roof. Grab the corners careful ly with this step. I f needed, the dust cover can be removed in you wish to change the bulbs f rom the top of the unit .
S T E P 2Pinch the wire gr ip and pul l up. This wi l l release the bulb from the housing.
S T E P 3Remove the keeper-wire that holds the dome below in place (highl ighted in red). You may need to use a f lat head screwdriver on the f lattened part of the wire to pul l out.

S T E P 5With the dome removed, pul l back wire gr ips and instal l chromotherapy l ight. Reconnect power supply to the newly instal led chromotherapy l ight. Place the housing back to i ts proper locat ion.
S T E P 6Turn inter ior l ights on to ensure proper connect iv i ty. Replace dust covers to roof panel of sauna.NOTE: I f dust cover does not s it because of chromo bulbs, shim the cover using f lat objects
S T E P 4Push the dome of the l ight up through the l ight housing.
