This software consists of two components. The first component is a mobile app, which will be used by the staff of the collection centers, entrusted with performing these tests. The second component of this software is this web application, which helps in creating the master data about these collection centers. The Collection centers data will be updated by the District collectors, having district level access. For this purpose LDAP user e-mails of District collectors have been assigned with roles to access this web application. In addition, State Informatics Officers, have also been assigned with State Level roles, to access this web application. This web application has been hosted over at https://covid19cc.nic.in

    Background

    After the spread of Covid19 pandemic in India, 21 day lockdown was declared by the Govt. of India,

    Initially the testing for the coronavirus was taking place at more than 200 labs across the country. While

    most of these labs were supported by government, there were also around 50 private testing labs. Later

    on it was proposed, by the Government of India, to start conducting rapid antibody diagnostic test which

    will be faster and in larger numbers.

    In order to monitor the actual data about the details of people who underwent RPT and RT-PCR tests, by

    the GOI and ICMR, it was decided by the GOI that NIC will develop software for this purpose.

    To obtain or check availability of the Lab/Collection centre details

    Lab/Centre Registration

    Labs/Collection centres involved in Rapid Antibody Test should contact their respective District

    Magistrate (DM) or District Collector office who will guide them in the registration process. In case of to

    verify their Lab/Centre in the list, labs may contact their respective NIC District Information Officer (DIO),

    NIC State Informatics Officer (SIOs). A list of DIOs and SIOs is available at https://www.nic.in/district-

    office/ or https://www.nic.in/state-office/.

    District Magistrate (DM)/ District Collectors (DCs) with their valid government email ID in the ‘gov.in’ or

    ‘nic.in’ domain is authorized to register lab sample collection centres/labs in their respective

    State/District. For DM/DC who doesn’t have government email ID, may contact State Super Users for

    obtaining government email ID. NIC’s SIO/DIO is empowered with read permission with their respective

    login credentials where they can also be approached to check.

    1.0 Home Screen Reports

    1.1 Portal User

    The website visitor can also view the various reports; these reports are available on the Website home

    page. As you see the 1st menu is “Portal User”, this portal user is then further divided as

    As user can see the menu name “Collection Centre/Lab List”, here user can see the list of all the collection

    User can view the RATI Test Report without login, so in order to view the RATI report; user will have to

    enter the three fields which are

    Person’s Mobile Number

    order to do that user will have to enter the Lab In-charge mobile number and Captcha and then click on

    After successful login user will see the following home Screen (Fig 1.20)

    On clicking the Enter Collection Centre menu user will be directed to the following Fig , as user sees the

    check box at the top of the page displaying “Prefill Centre Details as per Lab Record”. If user selects that

    check box then the details will be auto filled on the basis of lab record data (Fig 1.21)

    As you can see the details are prefilled from lab record, click on the Save button to proceed further

    Now after adding the collection center, user can add the details of the Sample collector. Fill the details

    and then click on Add button as done in the Fig below

    User can edit the details of the Collection center by clicking on edit icon in the action column. The

    collection center can be deactivated by clicking on the 2nd icon present in the action column. (Fig 1.25)

    2.0 User Login

    The home page of this web application, asks the user to enter the User ID, Password and Captcha text,

    followed by clicking the “Login” button (Fig 1.0). The user must enter their email id/user id with domain

    name (*@gov.in or *@nic.in).In case of any mismatch the user will get the following two messages:-

    Please enter valid Credential - Not a valid LDAP user and requires a valid email id for mapping on portal. Same massage will appear when a valid user tries to login wrong password

    3.0 Home

    After successful authentication, the user will be able to login successfully. The home page also provides

    buttons to view the “Collection Centre List” and “View Test Report”. After successful authentication, the

    following Figs will be displayed showing previously entered data in the Grid view (Fig 3.0.), with Option to

    edit and deactivate and already deactivated.

    4.0 Enter Collection Center

    Upon clicking this Menu Option a Fig appears for capturing details related to collection centre. Here user

    need to select the State and District from the drop down and then enter the other details shown in the

    form and then click on Save button as shown below. This Fig also validates the pin codes, which are being

    entered.

    After clicking on “Save” button, the entered data will be saved and user will be able to see the entered

    data and user can also update the data entered and then click on the “Update button” (Fig 4.0 )

    After that user can enter the details of Sample Collecting people, on clicking the Add button, User can

    add the multiple entries as shown below

    5.0 Portal users

    This menu is available for the user with State Admin role. On clicking this menu, he/she will able to see

    the list of all the users created for his state as shown in the Fig below. Here user can select the name of

    the state and district from their respective drop downs.

    Details of User credentials can be updated from here by clicking on edit icon in action column if

    required. Also the created/existed user can be deactivated if not in user by clicking on icon. The user

    which has red colored icon in the action column means those users are already deactivated.

    5.1 Add user

    In order to create a new user, click on the Add User button. On clicking the button user will be directed to

    the following Fig here user will enter the required details and then will click on the save button as shown

    in the Fig below.

    6.0 Search

    User can search the details of

    Sample collector

    SRF

    SRF through Patient mobile

    User can search the details of sample collector on district level, to view the details of the sample collector

    in a state or district; select the state and district from their respective dropdown then select the any one

    of the Search criteria which is

    Collection centre

    Name

    Mobile number

    Then enter the text for reference according to the selected search criteria as shown in the following Fig .

    6.2 Search SRF

    In order to search and download the SRF, user will have to enter the SRF id and then click on the “Search

    SRF” button as shown below

    After entering the correct SRF ID user will see the following screen where he can see the SRF details, also

    user can generate the Pdf of SRF by clicking on “Generate PDF” button which is given at bottom. And if

    user wants to search for another SRF Click on “Search another SRF” button

    6.3 Search SRF through Patient Mobile

    User can also the SRF by using patient mobile number, as shown in the Fig below enter the Patient

    mobile number then click on search button.

    on clicking the search button the following screen will appear in front of user. Here user can generate the

    SRF PDF in order to do that user will have to select the Patient using check boxes which is in the last

    column. User can select the single/multiple patient. After selecting the patient click on the “Generate

    Pdf” button. And if user wants to search for another SRF Click on “Search another SRF” button

    7.0 Reports

    List of various required reports which can be generated form covid Portal are here, in this menu as shown

    below

    7.1 RATI Report

    The First Report is RATI (Rapid Antibody Test of India) Report under Reports menu, click on the RATI

    Report menu

    On clicking the RATI Report user will be directed to the following page, here user can see the various

    counts state wise the green + sign will expand on clicking and will give the details about the “Total

    Centres”, “Total Active”, “Test Conducted”, “Positive”, ‘’Negative” etc.

    User can change the date range as per their requirement. This report can be exported in 3 formats

    Ms- Word

    Ms- Excel

    PDF

    Click on the icons which are on top left corner to get Report in Require Format

    The RATI centre Report is present under Reports menu; click on the 2nd sub menu which is RATI Centre

    and district wise count of collection centres along with the number of “Total Persons”, ‘Total Active

    Person’ and “Test Conducted” User can change the date range as per their requirement. This report can

    be exported in XL format by clicking on XL icon which is at the top left corner

    Then click on “Generate RATI Data” button to export the data in excel format.

    The RT-PCR Centre Type Report is present under Reports menu; click on the 7th sub menu which is “RT-

    PCR Centre Type Report” menu

    On clicking the RT-PCR Centre Type Report user will be directed to the following page, here user can see

    the State and district wise count of Govt/Private collection centres along with the details of test

    conducted by the same. User can change the date range as per their requirement. This report can be

    exported in XL format by clicking on XL icon which is at the top left corner

    7.8 Generate RT-PCR Data Report

    The Generate RT-PCR Data Report is present under Reports menu; click on the 7th sub menu which is

    “Generate RT-PCR Data Report” menu

    On clicking the Generate RT-PCR Data Report user will be directed to the following page, here user can

    select the

    State

    District

    Collection center

    From and To Dates

    Then click on “Generate RT-PCR Data” button to export the data in excel format.
