Document Navigation

This document is meant to explain the user process based on the given document

specifically.

This User manual is separated into 3 major breakdowns which described as below:-‐

The user manual will be based on the following diagram to ensure the test is in

accordance of the flow process.

Urus Program.

1. In this page, PPB admin can manage the ‘Kurus’ that will be offered in the Pusat

Pembangunan Belia.

2. To add the program click on ‘Tambah Program’ and you will be redirected to the

control panel page.

3. Fill the name of the ‘Kursus’ that will be listed.

4. The program that is not active can be moved to the ‘Arkib’ page. By selecting the

Kemaskini button and select Arkib/Aktif

Tambah Unit.

1. This page is meant to add and remove the ‘syllabus’ and ‘tugasan’ for each

kurus created.

2. To create the syllabus, admin need to select the Program and kursus first.

3. Hit the button ‘simpan’ to add new subject to the syllabus.

Tambah Rekod Tugasan.

1. Each of the syllabus will contain ‘Tugasan’

2. Admin can manage each tugasan in this page and each tugasan will be under

each matapelajaran title.

3. To add tugasan hit the ‘Tambah Tugasan’ button and admin will be redirected

to the manage tugasan page.

4. Add the detais of the tugasan and hit the ‘Simpan’ Button

Urus Sessi.

1. This page is meant to add and remove the syllabus and ‘Sessi’ for each Program

intake created.

2. To create a new session, admin need to select the Program and kursus first.

3. Hit the button ‘Tambah Session’ admin will be redirected to the Session control

panel page.

4. Fill up the details and then hit the ‘Simpan’ button

5. The new added session will be listed in the session list.

Registration Form.

1. In this page, applicant will fill out the form to register into courses in PPB.

2. The form will be pre-‐filled based on the information in the YSnet user profile.

3. If the profile is not complete, applicant need to update their Personal Profile first

before proceeding to the PPB registration form.

4. The section which will be pre-‐filled by the system are:

• Maklumat Peribadi

• Maklumat Perhubungan

• Maklumat org yg dihubungi ketika kecemasan

5. Applicant will need to update the form with information needed which are:

• Kelayakan akademik

• Muat naik salinan sijil kelayakan

Penilaian Pelatih

Permohonan Baru. 1. Each of the new application for Pusat Pembangunan Belia will be listed in this

page.

2. Admin can review the application form for each applicant from the list.

3. Select ‘kemaskini’ for updating the application.

4. Admin will need to update the application status based on the status listed.

5. Status Permohonan

a. Lengkap/Tidak Lengkap

b. Panggil untuk temuduga

c. Tarikh

d. Masa

e. Tempat

6. Succesfull application in this stage will move the name to the next stage of

evaluation which is senarai temuduga

Senarai Temuduga 1. After the applicant has passed the first stage of evaluation, the nama will be

displayed under the senarai temuduga list.

2. Admin will need to update the applicant status be hitting the ‘Kemaskini’ botton

at the end of the name

3. In the kemaskini page, admin will see the list of kursus that has been selected by

the applicant.

4. In this page admin can update the kursus that will be offered to the applicant

5. Admin will need to update

a. Status sokongan

b. Catatan

c. Nama penemuduga

6. After the process has been finalized, hit the ‘Simpan’ button and the applicant

name will be moved from Senarai Temuduga to Senarai Pendek

Senarai Pendek 1. This page is to list out the application that has passed the ‘Temuduga’ session.

2. Admin can view the “Senarai Pendek’ list according to the Program and Kursus.

3. Admin will need to assign the applicant to the Kursus Session and Tarikh

kemasukan in this page.

Berjaya 1. The page is to list out the final list of successful application.

2. Application that has passed the senarai pendek evaluation will be listed in this

page

Tidak Berjaya 3. The page is to list out the final list of unsuccessful application.

Status Pelatih 1. This page is meant to update the status for each student in Pusat Pembangunan

Belia.

2. Admin will need to search the pelatih based on the Program, Kursus and sessi

3. Click on ‘Kemaskini’ to update the status

Admin can update the status as below

a. Aktif

b. Tamat Pengajian

c. Diberhentikan

Carian Pelatih 1. Admin need to select the Program, Kursus and Sessi to narrow down the list of

pelatih.

2. Click on kemaskini to add details for the particular pelatih

Program Pembangunan Belia 1. In this page, admin can manage:

a. List of Rekod Matapelajaran for each student in Pusat Pembangunan Belia

b. Marks and grade for the particular student based on the silibus that has

been created earlier in the training session

Program Penempatan Kerja

1. In this page, admin can update the daily log for each student that has been sent

for ‘Program Penempatan Kerja’

Kehadiran

1. Each of every student attendance record will be stored in this page.

2. Attendance will be recorded based on Monthly basis.

3. Admin need to update the supporting document for monthly records

Disiplin

1. This page is to keep records of disciplinary for each student in Pusat

Pembangunan Belia

2. Admin can record disciplinary cases by incident

Kebenaran Keluar Masuk

1. Admin can record the ‘Kebenaran keluar masuk’ in this page.

The record will be kept for each time the student applies for ‘Kebenaran keluar

masuk’
