User Guide
The Material Now app puts real-time job site and performance data in your hands. Each icon on the home
screen links to valuable information from your concrete provider.
Jobs ● Find all orders in list, map, or address views.
● Order address & number of the closest jobsite to you (based on phone location settings).
● Order Status indicates if the current order on the screen is active or on hold.
● Volume shipped shows how many yards have been delivered of the total yardage in the order.
● Job Site (black icon) pinpoints the job site location.
● Truck icons indicate each truck’s physical location. Different colors tell the status of each truck.
● Truck details show when trucks are on the way, what they’re doing at the jobsite, and how long they’ve
been there.
● Order details include all tickets, weather stamp, timeline of the entire order, delivery graph, performance
data, and more.

● Overview of daily progress, updated in real time. Track concrete deliveries by the hour.
● Status breakdown - active, on hold, or will call.
● Top projects, orders, and work types of the day.
● Interactive calendar shows concrete ordered for each day.
Performance (available for Supervisors and Admins) ● Performance metrics display company-wide KPIs in a single screen.
● Filter to view performance by Customer, Project, Work Type or Crew.

Optional features
Anyone who uses the Material Now app can take advantage of the following features:
● Set custom alerts to receive updates on orders by email, on your mobile device, or both.
● Change password with the click of a button in the User section of the app.
● Contact your concrete provider. Select the Contact Us button when needing to speak directly to the concrete producer.
● Account data shows outstanding balance, account statement & current invoices (where available).
Designated Customer Administrators can create, edit, or remove user accounts.
