"This program is a e-mail administration answer to what could be termed a nightmare. I
currently have 751 users on one Exchange system and keeping profile information up to date
for this many people is like trying to keep 751 tennis balls under water at the same time.
Giving the users the rights to keep this information up to date has, conceivably, made it
unnecessary to hire additional Help Desk people. We move people between Divisions,
Department, buildings, cities and states on a daily basis and by the time this information
would get to the e-mail administrator, updated in their profile and deployed to the rest of the
organization, we would have lost a lot of contacts and possibly sales. We have customized
users attributes and modified e-mail templates and DA picked those changes up automatically
allowing us to set the attributes and deploy the client out to the users ... the hardest part of the
whole procedure is getting up from our desk and walking back to the server room!”
