Data-Driven Programs: Tips & Words of Wisdom
1. These types of programs work best when run on a regular, recurring
basis (daily or weekly). Use repeat settings to limit re-entry.
2. Anytime a field value is updated, the record’s “Last Modified” field is
updated too.
3. Having Automated Behavior Updates enabled will be a great help to
you. Check it out!
4. Some tasks could possibly be recreated using scoring models – it is
completely dependent on the task you wish to perform.
