Look and feel of Home page
Users liked the
categorization
of information.
Why?
Users felt the
categorization was very
intuitive and they could
easily understand where
to go and find the news.

Users appreciated the
page layout, gutter
spaces and grid
structure of the page.
Why?
The website is an extension of the newspaper that’s why it gets appreciated by the users.
The grid column view and gutter spaces makes the page look well organized and hence they could read it.

Users felt confused while
switching from internal
to home page.
Why?
Mostly in all the sections the whole categorization was same which made user confused about the home page.
While clicking on home button it changes to HT logo and users got confused about the landed section.

Mostly user said that
they had to scroll
much on the M-site
which is irritating.
