CP Series Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps The CP series of pumps are long lasting and robust Rotary Vane vacuum pumps made for continuous duty operation. The pumps are lubricated in a bath of high grade oil to insure high vacuum and the ability pump limited amounts of water vapor. CP pumps are ideally suited for use in applications such as Air Conditioning & refrigeration evacuation, degassing, sampling, vacuum chucking and evacuation. RPW Series Partial Water Recovery System

The RPW systems are completely packaged water sealed systems that reduces the amount of sealing water used by the RVS vacuum pump. Typically, 50-75% of the sealing water can be recycled and reused by the vacuum pump. The system consists of the vacuum pump, motor, coupling, separator tank, recovery piping and in-strumentation. The unit works by recycling the water discharged from the pump into the separator tank and piped back to the pump water connection. Supply water is used to temper the seal water and insure smooth operation.

U.S. Vacuum offers excellent high grade synthetic pump oils that exhibit low vapor pressure and have been specially formulated for harsh duty applica-tions. ALL of our vacuum pump oils are refined from group 2 & 3 P.A.O. base stocks that have better oxidation resistance and higher thermal stability than solvent refined oils.
