Reboot the terminal by pressing the Yellow key and the Punctuation key at the same time. 2. On reboot when you see the screen with “- - -“ quickly press the [2] key. This will bring up the OSmenu. 3. Arrow down to “Change Sys Size” using the F2 key and Press [Enter]. 4. Enter “10” for ICT220/IWL220 Enter ‘16’ for ICT250/IWL250 and Press [Enter]. 5. Next screen will display “System memory has been successfully changed/ Press a key”. Press a key to return to the previous screen. 6. On the display note that the top line now reads: “Sys size : 010 Mb” (ICT220/IWL220) or “Sys size : 016 Mb” (ICT250/IWL250) Press [Cancel] twice to exitand reboot the terminal. Then attempt download. ENTERKEY ENTERKEY CANCEL KEY Sys size : 16.0 Mb Data size : 110.7 Mb Sys free : 7.4 Mb Data free : 109.5 Mb New size = Before Initiating a Download Make Sure: There are no open batches The Ethernet or dial line is connected to the device The external PIN Pad, if applicable, is connected to the device Complete steps to adjust memory size prior to download © 2020 Elavon, Inc .   • Steps to initiate the download

    The Download will completebut you must follow the nextsteps to sync the terminal upfor debit transactions

    1. Press [.,#*] key 2. Input [1234567(F)] andpress [Enter]

    NOTE: ‘F’ may turn into ‘P’ during key entry. This is normal

    3. Select Maintenance bypressing the number on thekeypad (Mantenimiento)

    4. Select Download bypressing the number onthe keypad (Descarga)

    5. Select Start Download byselecting the number on thekeypad (Iniciar Descarga)

  • Lastly, initiate the EMV key load
