Rogelio CaceresCo-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer

Mr. Caceres is the Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer of LCR Capital Partners and leads the firm’s global EB-5 capital raising activities via LCR’s direct presence in Miami, São Paulo, Mumbai, Cape Town and Dubai as well by developing strategic distribution relationships with leading wealth management firms and local partners in key emerging EB-5 markets.

Over the last fifteen years, Rogelio built four different companies from inception into multi-million dollar businesses by targeting sophisticated domestic and international C-suite executives and HNW and UHNW investors. Two of these companies (Docurated and FSG) are successful, venture-backed companies today, the third, Corporate Executive Board [NYSE: CEB] was purchased by Gartner for $2.6 billion and his fourth (and last) is LCR Capital.

Prior to co-founding LCR, Rogelio helped launch Docurated, a sales enablement-focused, enterprise software company based in New

York City, as Chief Commercial Officer. From 2007 to 2012, Rogelio was a founding executive at Frontier Strategy Group [FSG], the leading software and information services business serving MNC executives who have responsibility for emerging market economies. information and advisory services firm for emerging market MNC executives. Rogelio helped grow the business from an early-stage, pre-revenue start-up to a global company that serves nearly half the Fortune 500 across a range of international markets and business functions.

Prior to starting FSG, Rogelio worked as a Director at the Corporate Executive Board, where he helped lead its Finance practice from 2002 to 200 and launched their top-performing Controller and Shared Services programs for C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies.

Earlier in his career, Rogelio was an Investment Officer at Emerging Markets Partnership, a 5 billion private equity firm primarily focused on the infrastructure sector, as well as a Financial Analyst at Wasserstein, Perella & Co., where he focused on M&A transaction advisory work in the U.S. and in Latin America.

Rogelio graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a BS in Industrial and Operations Engineering and received a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School where he was a Robert Toigo Foundation Fellow.

Rogelio resides in Key Biscayne, FL with his wife, Tori and their three little girls: Luca, Mila and Kaila.

Raj ChinaiManaging Director

Raj Chinai is a Managing Director at LCR Capital Partners, a global investment and advisory services firm which focuses on highly specialized U.S.-centric investments. The firm’s investment capital is sourced by a global investor base of high-net-worth individuals, who represent leadership positions in their respective industries. Regardless of their backgrounds, our investors share a common belief that the United States remains one of the most exciting geographies in which to invest, either as a gateway to a better future for themselves and their families via the EB-5 Investor Visa Program or to realize superior financial returns with alternative investments that we are uniquely positioned to source and evaluate. From 2014 to 2017, Raj was the Managing Director at Sobha Group in Dubai, one of the most admired real estate development companies

Previously, from 2007 to 2014, Raj was a venture capitalist in India, initially as a Principal and founding team member of SVB India Capital Partners and subsequently with Kalaari Capital. He has invested in and advised some of the country’s most innovative and high-growth start-ups, including TutorVista, Shaadi.com and Snapdeal. He began his career in Silicon Valley, where he led business development deals at Yahoo.

Raj is the Co-Founder and Co-Chair of Harvard Business School Angels’ India Chapter, which was launched in 2011 in Bangalore, India. HBS Angels is now the largest university-affiliated angel group in the world. He is also the former President of both, the Penn & Wharton Alumni Club of Bangalore (2013-15) and the Kellogg Alumni Club of India (2011-14). For over 20 years, as part of the Penn Alumni Interview Program, he has served as a university ambassador.

Raj is a Founding Board Member of the YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization) Dubai Downtown Chapter. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, MPA from Harvard and BA from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors.
