d) It is noted that you have not included an Engineering Control Statements section with its associated heading following the User Safety Recommendations block. Was this omission intentional? If not, then you may add the following in that location:

Engineering Control Statements

When handlers use closed systems, enclosed cabs, or aircraft in a manner that meets the requirements listed in the Worker Protection Standard (WPS) for agricultural pesticides [40 CFR 170.240(d) (4-6)1, the handler PPE requirements may be reduced or modified as specified in the wPS.

e) For Strawberries, delete the first of the Notes "Do not apply more than 3 foliar applications per season." and renumber the remaining Notes ~ccordingly.

f) For Beans, you may delete the separate Timing/Special Directions for L~afhoppers and Spider mites and the horizontal line in that column that separates these directions fr0m the identical directions that appear above for the other f·:)liar applications for this crop. Then, revise the heading "Note" to "Notes" and add a second item as follows "To protect beE-s, do not apply foliarly if the crop or weeds in the treatment area are in bloom.".

g) For Peas, revise the heading "Note" to "Notes" and add a f:econd item as follows "To protect bees, do not apply foliarly if the crop or weeds in the treatment area are in bloom.".

h) For INSECT CONTROL ON ORNAMENTALS, add "Repeat as necessary." after "Try to spray underside of leaves and penetrate dense foliage.".

i) For LAWN PEST CONTROL, after "To control pests listed be::' ow , apply recommend~d rates." add "Repeat as necessary.".

3. Submit three (3) copies of your final printed labeling before you release the product for shipment.

Be certain pecket and its contents have completely dissolved and dispersed before applying spray. Operate agitator while mixing and applying. Do not open packets or allow them to become wet prior to adding to the spray tank. wear gloves when handling. "all water soluble packets are not used, store remaining packets in resealed, outer packege.

CHEMIGATION APPLICATION THROUGH AN IRRIGATION SYSTEM (CHEMIGATION) - CRANBERRIES ONLY This product may be applied alone or in combination with other pesticides registered for application through sprinkler irrigation systems to cranberries. To insure compatibility, pour the products into a small container of water in the correct proportions. After thorough mIXing, let stand for five minutes. If the combination remains mixed. or can be remixed readily, the mixture is compatible. Do not apply this product through any type of irrigation system to other crops. For chemlgation, apply this product to cranberries
