b) In the Statement of Practical Treatment ~ection on both the container label and the booklet, in the If in Eyes advice delete "develops or".

c) On both the container label and the booklec, you may delete "Dust/mist filtering respirator (MSHA/NIOSH approval number

d) It is noted that you have not included an Engineering Control Statements section with its associated heading following the User Safety Recommendations block. Was this omission intentional? If not, then you may add the following in that location:

When handlers use closed systems, enclosed cabs, or aircraft in a manner that meets the requirements listed in the Worker Protection Standard (WPS) for agricultural pesticides [40 CFR 170.240(d) (4-6)1, the handler PPE requirements may be reduced or modified as specified in the wPS.

e) For Strawberries, delete the first of the Notes "Do not apply more than 3 foliar applications per season." and renumber the remaining Notes ~ccordingly.

f) For Beans, you may delete the separate Timing/Special Directions for L~afhoppers and Spider mites and the horizontal line in that column that separates these directions fr0m the identical directions that appear above for the other f·:)liar applications for this crop.
