The proposed labeling amendments listed in your application nave been review and are acceptable under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act as amended provided that you:

1. Revise the wetlands statements on the proposed labeling to conform with PR Notice 93-8. As this product is not labeled to be applied directly to water, delete the phrase: "For terrestrial uses".

2. Delete the claim "General classification", neither the active ingredient nor this product has been classified"' therefore the statement is inappropriate. As indicated in the Section 152.166, Code of Federal Regulations, volume 4U, only products that are classified as restricted use products are required to bear labeling to reflect classification.

3. The proposea labeling did not reflect required labeling to comply with PR Notices 93-7 and 93-11. Labeling submitted in response to this letter must reflect the labeling required by these two regulatory notices. We responded to your Worker Protection Standard labeing for this product on Harch 18, 1994.
