US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR ETA

ETA oversees workforce development programs nationwide – the public workforce system – America’s Job Centers

ETA formula funding: allocations to State Workforce Agencies in accordance with State Plans (over $4.5 billion in Region 1)

Competitively awarded grants (1 to 4 years) to create, expand, or test innovative workforce models (200 grants totaling over $640 million in Region 1)

ETA National Office awards funding and policy making, Regional Offices perform Oversight and Grants Management
