– Stage I will consist of milling and resurfacing the existing lanes, construct the walls along the r/w line, construct the stormwater management facilities and conveyance

systems to drain the pavement. – Stage II will consist of removing

the median curb and gutter and the placement of temporary asphalt. It will also include the placement of temporary pavement markings and shifting existing signal heads for Phase II.

• Stage I, northbound traffic will be shifted onto the temporary pavement and inner lanes, construct widening, sidewalks, drainage along the outside of the existing roadway.

Construct widening, sidewalk and drainage along the outside of the existing roadway, place signal foundations, mast arms and equipment; place the temporary pavement markings and final signage. Shift southbound traffic over inside two lanes, place remaining temporary pavement markings and shift existing signal heads for Phase III.
