• Stage I, northbound traffic will be shifted onto the temporary pavement and inner lanes, construct widening, sidewalks, drainage along the outside of the existing roadway.

• Stage II will consist of shifting traffic to the inside two lanes and shifting southbound traffic to the temporary pavement and inner lanes. Construct widening, sidewalk and drainage along the outside of the existing roadway, place signal foundations, mast arms and equipment; place the temporary pavement markings and final signage. Shift southbound traffic over inside two lanes, place remaining temporary pavement markings and shift existing signal heads for Phase III.
