The US-2000 TRS-SW banding machine with shuttleworth transfers
the corrugated and cardboard stacks from the conveyor and pushes
the stacks to the product stopper. Before banding, the stacks will
be centered on all sides. It is also possible to apply the stack
manually and use the machine as a 3/4 automat.
Die US-2000 TRS-SW Banderoliermaschine mit Shuttleworth
übernimmt die Wellpappen- und Kartonstapel vom Förderband und
transportiert sie an den Produktanschlag. Vor dem Banderolieren
werden die Stapel allseitig ausgerichtet. Die Stapel können auch
manuell aufgelegt und die Maschine als 3/4 Automat verwendet
werden.

Der Wellpappen- oder Kartonstapel wird allseitig ausgerichtet,
gepresst und anschliessend 1- oder 2-fach banderoliert. Ab 700 mm
Länge wird mit dem Vorderanschlag gearbeitet.
Die digitale Steuerung DCP 2000 V5 ist für eine schnelle
Kontrolle auf Augenhöhe angebracht. Durch die Öffnung in der
Plexiglastüre können jederzeit, auch wäh-rend des
Produktionslaufes, Änderungen vorgenommen werden. Dank der
Schnellverstellung ist rasch auf ein neues Format umgestellt.
The corrugated or cardboard stacks will be centered on all sides
and pressed before banding (1- or 2- times). From a length of 700
mm or more the system works with the front stopper.
For a fast view, the digital control panel DCP 2000 V5 is placed
at eye level. Through the opening of the Plexiglas door it is
possible to make modifications anytime, even during production.
Thanks to the quick adjustment a new format is fastly set.
