3rd Floor, Fort Pointe II Building, 28th St. BGC (Formerly Pier One), 1200 Fort Bonifacio URBN Bar & Kitchen is an exclusive bar and restaurant located on the 3rd floor, Fort Strip at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. Despite having only opened the doors to the public last December 2012, URBN has already created a stir in the local nightlife scene. A sprawling 600 sqm with high ceilings and industrial vintage inspired interiors, the venue has 13 tables for the smoking area and 10 tables for the non-smoking area, all of which can hold a party of 10-15 persons each. The entire establishment can accommodate a capacity of 600 pax at one time, making it ideal for launch events and large, corporate parties. To this date, we have hosted several events for brands like Samsung, Jack Daniels, Selectas Magnum and Star Worlds American Idol Premiere.

PAYMENt • The Second Party is required to pay 50% down payment whether cash or check upon signing and 50% remaining balance on the day of the event

• For check payments: o Second Party must settle the remaining balance at least five (5) days before the EVENT. o Check must be payable to Urban Bar and Kitchen Inc., • For credit card payments: Only Visa, Master Card, American Express will be accepted

• Expanded Withholding Tax Certificates should be provided to the First Party by the Second Party at least two (2) days before the event or function.

•The Second Party will be asked to pay a security deposit in addition to the contract price. Said deposit shall cover breakages and/or damages to URBN caused by the Second Party and will be returned the next business day should there be no damages at the venue and/or left bill. • Anything purchased over the minimum consumable should be settled on the night of the event through cash or credit card payment.

SET-UP

•The First Party shall not be responsible for acquiring permits and payments for any set up made outside the venue, including generator sets and the lights.

•The Second Party must submit a full l ist of ingress materials and equipment for the set-up and a visual layout of said set up to the First Party at least three (3) days before the event. • For Media Coverage: Please provide complete list of publication/network, equipment and media personnel at least one (1) day before the event.

• All structures to be set-up should be freestanding and self-supporting structures.

• The Second Party will be required to bring its own generator set should the electricity requirement go above 50 amperes.

• DJ booth and other equipment (with technical assistant) may be used by the Second Party. However, Second Party shall pay the First Party the amount of Php 2,000 to cover the technical assistant ’s fee.

•For DJ/Band Set Up: Second Party is only allowed to use the existing sound system. The First Party shall provide the second Party with a list of said equipment for reference. Any and all additional tech requirements shall be for the account of the Second Party. The First Party likewise reserves the right to charge additional fees to cover electricity charges, depending on the additional equipment brought in.

FOOD AND DRINKS

• Bottles not consumed during the night may be kept at URBN or taken home by the Second Party, subject to our existing bottle keep policies. Bottles not claimed/consumed within thirty (30) days from storage shall be forfeited. •The following corkage fees apply: o Php 500 for Wine (750ml to 1L) o Php 1,500 for Hard Liquor and Champagne (750ml to 1L) o For beers and sodas: Php 40 pesos per bottle •The First Party shall not serve liquor to minors.
