Urban Murano RangeEpoxies are well known for their excellent chemical resistance. They will not harbour bacteria and can withstand spills from oils, acidic solutions, detergents and other surface contaminants. Until a few years ago, epoxy floor coatings were used only for industrial applications because they are seamless (hygienic), durable and renowned for their excellent chemical resistance.
Now, given their unique nature and versatility, they have become popular in the residential housing market and specified by architects and designers in commercial projects.

Urban® Commercial / IndustrialFlooring systems in wet process areas generally require a slip resistant profile which must also be easily cleaned, and are totally impervious and resistant to water and chemical exposure. Our industrial flooring options provide a full range of non slip/anti skid profiles and classifications and have certification according to the latest EEC guidelines for their suitability for use in the food industry.
