Anna Centenary Civil Service Coaching Academy, School of Youth Empowerment, Madurai

Kamaraj University, Madurai, is offering full time free coaching classes to the Civil Service

aspirants who are desirous of appearing for UPSC Prelims -2021 to be held on 27/6/2021. It

offers free Coaching along with free accommodation coupled with a monthly stipend of

Rs.3000/- towards food charges to the eligible candidates (outside Madurai District) who will

be selected through Entrance Test and Interview. The final selection of eligible candidates

will be arrived at after following the reservation norms of the Government of Tamil Nadu.

The candidate must hold a degree of any recognized university and should have

completed the same in 10+2+3 pattern and must have completed 21 years of age as on

1/8/2021. Upper age limit is 32 years relaxable for 3 years for BC, 5 years for SC/ST and 10

years for physically handicapped.

The candidates are asked to submit their applications for Entrance Test in the

prescribed form which can be downloaded from the University website

www.mkuniversity.ac.in or obtained directly from the Department of Youth Welfare

Studies. Applications should be superscribed as “Application for Admission to Coaching

for Civil Services Prelims: 2021” along with two Rs.5/-self addressed envelopes and to be

accompanied by Xerox copies of certificates on or before 20/1/2021(Wednesday). An

objective type Entrance Test will be held on 31/1/2021(Sunday) between 10.30am to

12.30pm. The Syllabus for Entrance Test will contain 100 questions on History of India and

Indian National Movement, Indian & World Geography, Indian Polity and

Governance, Economic and Social Development, General science, Current Affairs,

General Issues on Environmental Ecology, Bio-Diversity and Climate Change.

Those who have already undergone coaching previously in this Academy for

Preliminary Examination need not apply.
