Uponor PE-Xa pipes

Uponor eval PE-Xa Q&E pipe in coilsPipes manufactured from peroxide cross-linked polyethylene (PE-Xa) using the Engel method, complying with e.g. EN ISO 15875 ”Plastics piping systems for hot and cold water installations - Cross-linked polyethylene”. Includes an ethylene vinyl alcohol (EVOH) oxygen barrier layer, complying with DIN 4726, to prevent corrosion of system components. This barrier has been specially developed to work together with Uponor Q&E fi tting technology. Classifi cation of service conditions (including typical fi eld of application): Application class 4 - Underfl oor heating and low temperature radiators, malfunction temperature 95 °C. Design pressure 6 bar. Application class 5 - high temperature radiators, malfunction temperature 95 °C. Design pressure 6 bar.
