Upgrade SCM Guide

Part 1, Uninstall SCM

1. Move mouse’s cursor to the lower left and then the system will pop-up a picture.

2. Press right button of mouse on this picture and then Click the first option, “Program and

Features”.

3. The system will pop-up a windows of Program and Features.

4. Look for “SCM” and Click this one time. Then, Click “Uninstall”.

5. Click “Yes”.

6. After removing process, the SCM will disappear in the windows of Program and Features.

Part 2, Download SCM

(In this section, this guide will take S30 for example.)

7. Go to MSI official website.

8. There is a Search on upper right corner. Enter “S30 in and then Click the picture of Search.

9. After searching process, the web page will show the result.

10. Click “S30”.

11. The web page will show Introduction of S30.

12. Move this web page down and then Click “Download”.

13. Click “Utility”.

14. The web page will show below picture.

15. Move web page down and then Click the download link framed by a red frame.

16. The web page will show below picture, please Click the area you belong.

17. The Browser will pop-up the downloading window and then Click “Save as”.

18. Then, the system will pop-up the window of “Save as”.

19. Click “Desktop” and then Click “Save”.

20. The browser is downloading.

21. The browser has completed downloading process.

Part 3, Install SCM

22. The zip file of SCM on desktop.

23. Click right button of mouse on zip file of SCM and then Click “Extract All…”.

24. The system will pop-up a window and then Click “Exact”.

25. The system will pop-up a window and then double-click “MSI SCM x64 10.013.06287” folder.

26. Double-click “setup”.

27. Now, go into installing process. Then, Click “Next”.

28. Click “Next”.

29. Click “Next”.

30. Click “Close”.

31. Click “Yes”.

32. After reboot, installing SCM is done.
