AVELING offers interested participants a wide range of training and assessment courses to best fit every need. With the latest qualification TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment setting the tone of the learning package, AVELING continues to offer courses that sharpen the skills of any trainer or assessor and meet new RTO Standards necessary by 1st April 2019.
All courses take advantage of AVELING’s state of the art facilities, outstanding program content and exemplary consultants. Participants will be supported by first class assessment specialists. A majority of our courses are offered face to face but some online options are also available. The program length will vary depending upon the current experience, qualifications of candidates and completion of their workplace based assessment.
AVELING has packaged the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment into flexible program options designed to meet the needs of trainers and assessors and caters to learners with varying backgrounds. These program options can be pursued in sequence or independently. The skill sets and courses are organised into cohesive and practical content areas that maximise the learning impact for participants. TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Program Options
All trainers and assessors who hold TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and deliver and or assess nationally recognised training for, or in partnership with a Registered Training Organisation, are also required to update their qualification by 1st April 2019. The following programs have been developed to assist trainers and companies to ensure they comply with this requirement. The final number of units required in the program options (which are represented below), will depend upon the candidate’s current qualification.
Trainers who work under the supervision of a fully certified vocational trainer may choose to undertake the Enterprise Trainer - Presenting Skill Set. This skill set was designed to support those who train or coach others within a workplace. It is attractive for those who mainly work in a classroom style situation with responsibilities such as HR staff who conduct employee inductions, supervisors who train staff on policies and procedures, or staff with particular skills and/ or experience that others benefit from.
At AVELING, the RPL Program options is available for candidates who can provide sufficient evidence of competency for the units offered within this qualification. An RPL Application is available upon request.Please visit www.aveling.com.au for the most up-to-date information.
