Business Development. Grew revenue by 35% annually by developing after sales services for company clients through keeping close business relation and being available for the clients constantly.

Strategic Direction, Created Business Module which met the business mentality in the MENA region, yet contradicts with the business norms practiced in the world, resulted in signing 5 hotel management

After the bombing of Radisson SAS Amman, in 2005, I took over the hotel management, dealt with all aspects of the terrorism attack, refurnished the hotel, and re-instated in four month as the leading five stars in Amman.

Main focus was always service and revenue, where the increase in revenue after math was 100%.

Initiated, allocated and introduced the provider in the MENA region for the International exposure services GDS / ADS connectivity with Travel Agents reservation systems and the online Hotel bookings website, resulted in 1.5$ Million room’s revenue annually for the contracted hotels.

Signed five Hotel Management contract for Landmark International Hotels LIH in the Middle East, Africa & Europe

Built Internationally, close and professional relationships with the highly recognized leaders in the travel and hospitality industry

Signed long stay guests with corporate accounts and maintained the contract resulted in $1 M in revenue annually.

As of 2012 Introduced Hotel operating manuals and SOP’s. Local Managed Hotels are depending on their local staff knowhow. Searched, bought, reviewed, restructured and edited the Manuals to meet the needs of the local Managed Hotels in the MENA region
