We have all had a break and are feeling refreshed and ready for what looks like will be a busy year ahead! 2018 saw an astounding amount of change in processes and systems within the office and we thank every single one of you for your patience and support during the year. It is so fantastic to still have received such positive feedback about your experiences with us during those changes as we strive to consistently give you the best customer service that we can. We like to think that is what makes us different to the mainstream banks – so spread the word! On the team front: Chelsea enjoyed a much deserved break and travelled around the North Island over New Years Tia-Maree went to Christchurch on holiday for a week and a half in January Shell got a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy called Daisy just before Christmas Tony went for a trip around the South Island in early January My daughter Tristyn has just started her first year at college – my babies are growing up so it must be time to get a new puppy! What a great start to 2019 it has been in the office. We have all had a break and are feeling refreshed and ready for what looks like will be a busy year ahead!

MOBILE APP SHIFT CALENDAR UPDATE

We have listened to your feedback! We have received a considerable amount of feedback around our Shift Calendar app since it launched and we know this has impacted on your member experience with us.

Therefore we will be moving away from the current Shift Calendar apps and we are currently looking at options so that we can give you a similar Shift Calendar with enhanced features – we will keep you updated

on our progress and thank you for your understanding.
