Perform liaison duties with the other agencies such as consultant, and sub-contractor

Conduct extensive studies and reply thereof to check and control each activity, particularly technical and about the cash flow, billing and matters pertaining to progress,
performance, quality control and project finances.
Comparative studies of building materials, qualities/cost and finalization.
Timely and proper submission of periodical progress reports, re-conciliation statements, and progressive bills etc.
