June 30—Anyone interested in discussing our trial time change (from 8:30 to 9 AM) is invit- ed to join Pastor Josh on Sunday afternoon, June 30, at 5:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall. We've given the time change an ample trial period and now we need to know how it's work- ing. Praying for Volunteers—Putting our faith into action is at the heart of our Christian calling. Think about your passions and gifts and let that help guide you in choosing a place to serve at SCC. Contact any of our pastors or our church secretary for more information in serving. Primetimer Events Tuesday, June 25—Bible Study in the FH at 10 AM. Friday, July 26—Please sign up as soon as possible for the Mintz Dinner-Theater in Rose- boro. Space is limited so we need to reserve our tickets on Monday. This will be our FIRST trip to Mintz for their 20th Annual Dinner-Theater. The show is called “A Cricket County Christmas Wedding.” Tickets are $20. October 12-15—Invite your friends and family to join us as we travel to Virginia and Ken- tucky and visit the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, a Dinner-Theater and more. We hope to finalize pricing and itinerary by the end of June and have trip info available early July. CreeKidz Events VBS is July 14-18! Please go to our church website at www.stoneycreekchurch.net to reg- ister your child or register as a volunteer. We need lots of volunteers in order for VBS to be successful. No matter what your skills, we can use YOU at VBS. VBS Packets are now available for pick-up at the CreeKidz table. Packets will include all the details you’ll need for VBS week. Additional forms are available, also. We need a volunteer for our “VBS Spotlight” director. This person is responsible for using Power Point to drop pictures for a video to be shown at the conclusion of each night. If this sound like YOU, please let Lynn or Mary Beth know ASAP. Pastor Joey extends his thanks and gratitude to everyone who contributed financially for camp scholarships. These funds helped ease the financial burden and enable children/teens to attend camp.
