SCPAClaimYourSeatProgram:StudentGuidelines
1. TheClaimYourSeat(CYS)program,fundedbytheStudents’UnionQualityMoney,allowsallUniversityofCalgarystudentstoattendon-campusSchoolofCreativeandPerformingArts(Dance,DramaandMusic)eventsfreeofcharge.
2. Dependingontheperformance,thereisalimitednumberofseatsavailableforCYS.ThereisnotaguaranteethatticketswillbeavailableforallCYSpatronsforeveryperformance,basedonaudiencesize,demand,etc.
3. CYSticketsareaprivilege.Ifastudentreceivesatickettoattendaperformance,itisexpectedthattheywillrespectthevalueoftheadmissionandattendtheperformance.
4. Processforstudents:Onthedateoftheperformance,from45minutespriorto15minutespriortotheperformancestarttime,theyarrivetotheCYStablenexttotheBoxOfficeandshowtheirUnicard.Ifstudentsarriveafter15minutespriortotheperformancestarttime,theycangototheBoxOfficeandpurchaseaticketatthestudentrate.StudentsshouldnotgototheBoxOfficeunlesstheyarepurchasingaticket.
