General Guidelines [page 1]Flex time is only allowed within the same workweek at the administrator’s discretion.

SPECIFIC ISSUES RELATING TO FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act) [page 3]Flex Time (Make Up, Trade-Off, Other)The district will allow flex time within the same workweek(Monday at 12:00 a.m. to Sunday at 11:59 p.m.). It is at the discretion of the Administrator to grant flex time at their department/campus. Flex time is defined as time earned and taken in the same 40 hour workweek. Actual time of arrival and departure must be reflected daily on the Kronos time and attendance system.
