“My favorite food is samgyeopsal.
It is a Korean dish made from pork belly. It is the same meat as what is used in bacon. The meat is cut into small pieces, grilled on a grill plate, and usually eaten with a lettuce wrap or other vegetables.
I really like this food because it was one of the first Korean dishes my husband introduced me to. I could not believe the taste – it was too good! Now whenever I eat this, I feel really happy and always think about that time.”
