B. Role play

Task: Take turns in explaining how to send a fax from the machine in your office. Use the following expressions.

A: Could you tell me how to use the fax machine?

B: Yes, of course. First, you...

First, put the document in the machine face down. Wait until it's engaged (接合的) .

Then, when the light comes on, enter the fax number you want.

Next, press the start button. The machine will be dial automatically( 自动 ).

After that, wait until the document is finished going through the machine.

Finally, you can print out a report.
