Stretching increases the flexibility of your muscles

Flexibility is increasing the range of motion of a joint or group of jointwithout causing injury.

Thus, stretching will allow you to increase the range of motion of your muscles and this will decrease the chance of injury.

Stretching allows increased blood flow to the muscles

and joints.

Stretching also increases the power and oxygen in

the blood of your muscles decreasing muscle

fatigue and injury

This means increased weight lifting, increased

speed, and longer Endurance while also

decreasing the risk of injury.
