Materials: Family Member Handout 1 (attached to this document), markers, glue, scissors, cardboards (7,5cm * 7,5cm), laminating plastic roll. Procedure:
1. Print the handout 1- family members. 2. Cut each family member image. 3. Paste each family member in the cardboard (7,5cm * 7,5cm). 4. Laminate all the images. 5. Finally, practice vocabulary orally.

Activity 2
Home Game
Function: Recognize the vocabulary of the parts of the house, utensils
and furniture used in each of the parts of the house.
Content: : Vocabulary related to the parts of the house and its furniture:
table, bed, chair, door, kitchen, living room, dining room, lamp, mirror,
shower, pillow, microwave, washing machine, etc.

Materials: Home Game Handout 2 (attached to this document), markers, glue, scissors, 6 cardboard pieces (30cm * 30cm) for the parts of the house, 54 cardboard pieces (7,5cm * 7,5cm) for the furniture of the house, color pencils, Velcro, laminating plastic roll. Procedure:
1. Print the handout 2 - home game. 2. Cut the images of the house furniture. 3. Paste each image in cardboard pieces (7,5cm * 7,5cm) and cut
them. 4. Laminate them. 5. Paste the Velcro behind each one. 6. Draw and color the parts of the house in cardboard pieces (30cm
* 30cm). 7. Write the name of the corresponding furniture in each cardboard
piece. 8. Laminate them. 9. Paste the Velcro in front of each furniture name. 10. Finally, practice vocabulary orally.

Family Member
Instructions:
1. Organize students into small groups.
2. Place all cards face down and mix them.
3. Each student must flip a card and then look for the opposite card. e.g. If the student gets Mother,
she or he has to find Father.
4. If the student matches the first one, she or he can continue looking for more matches.
5. If the student’s cards don’t match, the next student gives the game a try.
6. The student who has more cards is the one that wins.
Home Game
Instructions:
1. Organize students into groups of 6 members.
2. Distribute an image of one of the parts of the house to each player.
3. Take all the small flash cards from the boards and mix them up.
4. Give students some of the cards so that they can organize them in the right place by
identifying their names.
5. The winner will be the one that perfectly organizes the given flash cards in the board.
