temperature Take no more than 1.5 hours to prepare and bake Serve 12 portions Include a portion cost for the original recipe Be able to be scaled up to serve more than 48 portions Must be accompanied by a photograph of the bake Say why it’s the best bake in no more than 50 words

Open to all Scottish bonafide school caterers and cooks 18+. To enter email entries to [email protected] with your recipe for a bake for 12 portions together with an image and 50 words on why it’s the best bake. The bake MUST be suitable for serving within a school environment. Closing date: 17.00 on Friday 21 October 2016. Prize: 1x Scotland Big School Bake Off Winner 2016 title, KitchenAid Artisan Mixer 5KSM7580X. All finalists receive a signed Jo Wheatley baking book and a £50 Love to Shop voucher.
