Revised: 03/24/2010

Frame: The frame’s legs shall be formed from 1 1/8” 18-gauge (16-gauge on 7108, 7148, and 7158) full-tube steel with a wall saver design (1” 18-gauge on 11½” and 13½”). Each set made of one continuous tube running from side-to-side of the seat, welded to two 16-gauge die formed seat braces punched for concealed seat rivets. The one piece shell will be supported with a 16-gauge die formed saddle brace roboti-cally (mig) welded to the back leg assembly and riveted to the lower ange of the shell to prevent excessive exing of the back. Saddle brace not required on 11½” and 13½” chairs.

Plastic Chair Shell: The unit shall have a one-piece combination seat and back, injection molded of static free high-density polypropylene with double contour seat and deep waterfall front. The shell is reinforced by structural ribs formed in the mold and has a anged opening in the back to eliminate pressure and provide comfort in the vital lower back area. The shell is attached to the frame with 6 rivets (7107, 7108, 7147, 7148, 7157, 7158) / 4 rivets (7101, 7103, 7105, 7155) concealed under the seat. The 18½” (A+™) model offering provides over 30% more surface area than the indus-try standard A-size 17½”. Chairs stack 10 high.

Metal Finish: The chair’s frame shall be available with a fully nickel chrome or powder coat nish. Chrome plating followed by welding and spray painting shall not be acceptable.

Glides: The chairs shall have four internal-gripping swivel glides. Artco-Bell offers a choice of glides: Champion Nylon, Carpin FloorSaver, or Steel. Each of the glides shall have no cuff or collar to eliminate dirt build up.

Warranty: All Artco-Bell products are warranted against manufacturer’s defects for 15 years.
