Behavior

• If you are assaulted by student- must report to police then decided to press charges

Manifestation Determination

• Student suspended- over 10 days throughout year or consecutive

• Did placement, services or disability play a part in behavior?

• Drugs or weapons???• School can place in alternative setting

for 45 days- then MD meeting and determine placement
