When Calling For Assistance: If anyone calls in, they g y yshould refer to the policy number and/or Texas A&M University System (especially for the employee blanket plan).
Evacuations: All evacuations/repatriations must be arranged by the assistance company in order for benefits to be payable. For this reason, it is a good idea to bring p y g gCISI into the loop with complicated hospitalizations if you are made known of the situation by the student or employee before CISI. This will probably be more of an issue with the blanket evacuation plan as opposed to the issue with the blanket evacuation plan as opposed to the full plan, since historically speaking, CISI should already be in the loop for any hospitalizations on the full-rosteredstudent planp
Student Med/Security/Accident Medical yIntegration:
In the past, service in times of an emergency was p , g yhindered because our previous emergency evacuation vendor would not coordinate with our accident medical insurance vendor.acc de t ed ca su a ce ve do
Now this is all under a single plan through CISI so coordinating payment of medical bills for so coordinating payment of medical bills for release from the medical facility for evacuation will be seamless
