AFTERNOON SESSION | 1:00 - 5:00PM MORNING SESSION | 8:00AM - 12:00PM

This half-day session brings a sharp and strategic light to an activity typically taken for granted - the meeting. Participants will learn about promoting effectiveness, engagement and innovation by leveraging and

leading meetings effectively.

KEY TAKEAWAYS

• Learn impactful meeting strategies to enhance employee engagement and organizational performance.

• Establish better meeting practices and a different mindset to achieve value and ROI.

• Practice unconventional meeting approaches that empower your team, foster creativity and achieve strategic results.

In order to effectively and dynamically lead others and an organization, individuals first must be able to lead themselves. Self-talk, or the internal dialog individuals use, is at the heart of self-leadership. Just as world-class athletes discover early, constructive self-talk unlocks new heights of success in leaders as well. Using data collected from over 200 C-suite leaders, constructive self-talk has been found to drive effective leadership of others, engagement, innovation, and personal well-being.

KEY TAKEAWAYS

• Experience contemporary paradigms of leadership and examine how your self-talk impacts success indicators and personal well-being.

• Learn to identify, change and leverage self-talk for yourself and for those you lead.

• Participate in exercises to promote the adoption of constructive self-

talk practices that foster success.
