Check-in: Collect your name tags. You need to wear your name badge at all times to get free use of the Mensa.

Go to House 2 (House 1 = PI), collect your bed linen in the entrance, and choose a room. Please attach your other 2 name labels to each of the lists on your room door. There is a separate floor for women participants.

Facilities: At the entrance to your house is a dry room and storage area for skis. There are some keys available for your room from the KUSPO office, on payment of a deposit. A wireless network is available throughout all rooms. (WLAN passwords: KUSPU main house = fadriclau01 and KUSPO accommodation = KuspoX321). A sauna and weight training room are available in the KUSPO. Breakfast (7.30-8.30), lunch (12.30-14.00) and evening meals (18.30-20.00) are provided in the Mensa. The restaurant, which is open from 9.00-23.30, is available at your own expense.

Ski facilities: The ski lift is 500 meters from the house. Cross country skiing begins directly outside the house. Please book and pay for your Ski Pass the evening before you want to ski. A half-day Ski Pass costs approx. 42 CHF. One single lift up to Mentsch costs 14 CHF.

Poster sessions: Every evening, after dinner, there will be poster sessions in the Main House. Information will be provided on where you can display your poster.

Tutorials: You can download the speaker’s presentations from www.nccr-must.ch using your intranet log-in details. The log-in name is “AssemblyMeeting” and the password is “Lenk2012.” . After the login don’t get scarred about the start web page: Please press the Start button to get into the folders.

Check-out: Leaving before Thursday 12th January: please strip your beds, put the linen in the bin provided on

each floor and hand your name badge to Susanne or Rainer from the NCCR MUST office. This is important as we need to know daily occupancy in case of emergencies. Leaving on Thursday 12

th January: please strip your beds in the morning, put the linen in the bin
