Khumbula! Le ncwadi ayithabathel’ indawo incwadi yakho ethi Indlela Esa Empilweni (Road to Health). Ngawo onke amaxesha gcina incwadi yakho ethi Indlela Esa Empilweni kwindawo ekhuselekileyo uze uhambe nayo ngalo lonk’ ixesha utyelela ekliniki, esibhedlele, ugqirha, okanye kwizakhiwo zempilo.

Funda le ncwadi iqweqwe neqweqwe ukuze ufunde indlela yokunceda umntwana wakho akhule.

Indlela ekhethekileyo yokunyamekela kubantwana abafuna uncedo olungakumbi

Ukuphuhla komntwana wakho, ukukhula nokuba sempilweni kuxhomekeke kwizinto ezininzi kunokuba nje kunokufumana indlela efanelekileyo yokunyamekelwa. Kuxhomekeka kwindlela omnyamekela ngayo yonke imihla nokhuseleka kwakho nokunikelwa yintsapho yakho kumntwana wakho ukususela kwixesha lokuzalwa kwakhe (eneneni xa umntwana wakho esesesibelekweni kwanangaphambi kokuba umntwana enziwe).

Intsholongwane kagawulayo (HIV) – Ukuba unentsholongwane kagawulayo, qiniseka ukuba ufumana unyango olufunayo nolufunwa ngumntwana wakho ukuze nihlale nisempilweni. Isifo sephepha (TB) – Isifo sephepha siqhelekile. Ukuba umntwana wakho ukhubazekile uza kufuna inkxaso yokumnyamekela kwanokukhusela umntwana wakho. Inkxaso kunye Nezibonelelo Zokunyamekela l Ukuba awusebenzi okanye awurholi umvuzo wemali eyaneleyo rhoqo ngenyanga

ukuze uthenge ukutya, impahla okanye uhlawule isithuthi somntwana wakho, unako ukufanelekela Inkxaso Yesibonelelo Somntwana (Child Support Grant (CSG)). Ukuba uyayifanelekela, unokufumana i-CSG ngexesha umntwana wakho azalwa ngalo. Kubalulekile ukuba uyifumane ngokukhawuleza kwasekuqaleni kuba oku kuya kunceda kuphuhliso olufanelekileyo kwiinyanga zokuqala emva kokuzalwa komntwana.

l Ukuba ukhubazekile okanye umntwana wakho ukhubazekile, urhulumente uza kukunika Isibonelelo Sokukhubazeka, okanye uKunyamekeka Kwesibonelelo Sokuxhomekeka kumntwana wakho, ukuze oku kuncede ekuhlangabezaneni neendleko ezifunekayo. Buza umsebenzi wakho wempilo ngesi sibonelelo.
