Price and Acceptance: Streater reserves the rightto change its prices and other terms and/or conditionsof sale without notice. All orders placed shall be inwriting and become effective only upon acceptanceby Streater at its offices in Albert Lea, MN. Streaterat its discretion may add handling charges dependingon order size and/or order requirements.

Taxes: Buyer agrees to pay all taxes which Streatermay be required to assess. If buyer claims a taxexempt status, buyer will provide Streater with avalid tax-exemption certificate.

Payment Terms: Payment to Streater will be cashwith order or net 30 days to qualified buyers, uponapproval by Streater Credit Department. Overduepayments will be assessed interest charges at thelegal rate of the State of Minnesota or the state ofthe buyer's residence, whichever is greater.

Freight and Delivery: Freight is F.O.B. Albert Lea,MN. Method and route of delivery are at Streater'sdiscretion unless Streater is furnished with completeshipping instructions at least 10 days before thescheduled ship date. Time-sensitive delivery willbe handled at Streater's discretion. Quotations fortime-sensitive delivery are available upon request.Freight charges will be prepaid and added to theinvoice unless otherwise instructed. Streater willendeavor to ship on the requested ship date andevery effort will be made to fill orders completely;however, it may be necessary at times to backorder.Streater will not be liable for any delay in theperformance of any order or contract, or in thedelivery of any goods, or for any damages resultingfrom such delay, when such delay is due to fire,riots, acts of God, strikes or other events beyondthe control of Streater.

Freight and Damage Claims: Freight is F.O.B.Albert Lea MN. What this means is that title to theproduct is passed on to you when the freight carrierpicks up the shipment from Streater and signs thebill of lading. Any freight damage and resultantclaims are between you and the freight carrier. It isyour responsibility to file a freight claim.

Loss of Freight: Compare the counts of the bill oflading to what you actually receive. Any exceptionmust be noted on the carriers delivery receipt.Failure to note any exception at this time will resultin the carrier denying your claim.

Damage of Freight: Damage to goods receivedmust be noted on the carrier's delivery receiptbefore the driver leaves the place of delivery. Askthe driver for claim forms. If the driver does nothave any forms, call the carrier and request claimforms be mailed to you. Generally, if the damage tothe product exceeds $500.00, the carrier must becalled for an inspection. Salvage must be held forthe carrier (Very important).

Concealed Damage: If goods arrive in apparentlygood condition, but there is concealed damage,contact the carrier and ask for the goods to beinspected. Keep the product and the packagingmaterial until they have been inspected. A claimneeds to be filed with the carrier.

Returned Goods: No equipment may be returnedwithout the advance written approval of anauthorized Streater representative. Only stockcatalog items may be returned within 60 days oforiginal delivery and items must be in unusedcondition. A handling and restocking charge of 20percent of net price will be assessed on all returns.Buyer will forward all returns to Streater freightprepaid and all items must be properly packaged.

Warranty: Streater warrants to original purchaserthat the products it manufactures shall be free fromdefects in material and workmanship and willconform to applicable specifications, drawings,samples, and descriptions. This warranty shallextend for a period of one year from date of deliveryto original purchaser for use. Streater, at its option,may repair or replace any products which, uponStreater's inspection, prove to be defective. Exceptas set forth herein:THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY.UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL STREATER BE LIABLEFOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCURRED BY ORIGINALPURCHASER AS A RESULT OF STREATER'S PERFORMANCEUNDER THIS ORDER.

Customer requested changes to ship dates are subject to approval by Streater.Every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate these requests withoutadditional charges to the customer. However, customer requested move-outs withinfive (5) working days of the scheduled ship date will be subject to the following:

Surcharge1.

A. Orders scheduled for picking,packing and loading,but not yet worked on by the warehouse:LTL orders (less than a full semi-trailer load) will beassessed 5% of the net selling price of the order asa handling fee - minimum $50/maximum $250

SAMPLE CALCULATION

When heavily loading one side of your wall or gondola shelving, it is important to determine if you are creating anunbalanced load that exceeds the maximum design load (SEE LOAD CAPACITY CHART ON PAGE 106). The samplecalculation below illustrates how you can determine your unbalanced load in inch-pounds.

NOTE: Inch-pounds are a measure of the shelf loads acting at a distance (½ shelf depth) from the standard (upright).

NOTE: Shelf depth is divided by 2 because an evenlydistributed shelf load is calculated as a total load atcenter of shelf depth.

Shelf load is divided by 2 because a shelf load issupported by 2 standards.

Deck load does not contribute to unbalanced load.

The slimline upright and shelf support of Streater'sbackroom storage shelving system offers easyassembly, strength and durability at an economicalprice. Factory assembled uprights,7/8" wide, are slotted on the sides to receive the shelfsupports. Interchangeable front and rear shelf supportsprotect the edge of the shelf and are adjustable on 1¼"increments. The particle board shelf may be removedor replaced without removing the shelf supports.
