(non-destructive testing) services to your requirements.
Ultimate NDT Services is a division of Your Manufacturing Support Inc.
and was initially developed to support the industrial machining,
fabricating and power generation industries.
YMSinc. is a company that brings over 30 years of experience in the
fields of machining, welding, manufacturing engineering and quality.
Our inspectors are certified CGSB 48.9712/SNT-TC-1A Level II’s,
working under the support of our certified CGSB/SNT-TC-1A Level III.
SERVICES
MPI (Mag Particle Inspection): Yoke, Cable Wrap, Wet Bench fluorescent or visible
MPI Inspection Spec : ASTM-E1444, ASTM-709, ASME-V ARTICLE 7, MIL-STD-1907, CSA-W59, &
other customer specifications.
LPI/FPI (Liquid / Fluorescent Penetrant): Fluorescent , Visible Water washable & solvent removable.
LPI Inspection Spec : ASTM-E1417, ASTM-E165, ASME-V ARTICLE 6, MIL-STD-1907 & other customer
specifications.
UT (Ultrasonic Testing): The ultrasonic NDT will indicate material defects such as longitudinal and
transverse cracks, inclusions and others.
UT Inspection Spec: ASTM, ASME, AWS, CSA & other customer’s specifications.
VT (Visual Testing): Weld examination.
VT Inspection Spec: W59
Mag Particle, Liquid Penetrant, UT and VT inspections
Mobile or In-house services provided.
OTHER SERVICES
Welding Engineer Support : Ultimate contains a Certified CWB Welding Engineer.
Our company can support:
Getting your welders certified to weld in-house
Certify the required weld procedure with a WPS, PQR
Support any welding difficulties
Audit your welding process In-house or at a 2nd source
