ULTIMATE GRAND PRIX© PROGRAMMEThe Ultimate Grand Prix© is a complex and exciting day long immersive learning scenario held at Silverstone Racetrack by Mind over Matter Consultancy. The day starts at 8am with coffee and fi nishes at 6pm after all of the tasks have been completed and there are four packages available: BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD or PLATINUM.

The Ultimate Grand Prix takes place at Silverstone Racetrack and has been specifi cally designed to enhance the range of leadership and management skills of groups and individuals. The programme is carried out through a series of tasks, which are delivered through scenario-based learning exercises. The exercises test the ingenuity, imagination and leadership capabilities of the participants by placing them in time-constrained situations where they will work with others to create positive and dynamic outcomes.

Teamwork, communication and negotiation skills are all required to complete the tasks assigned and depending on the level requested the scenarios might also include cognitive development tools, race simulations or real time driving activities.

Those involved in Mind over Matter have been creating and delivering these simulations for the last twenty years and have had great success in changing the way companies lead and manage staff and projects across the world.

All participants receive constant feedback whilst moving through the programme and a report on team dynamics is compiled at the end of the event as well as an individual profi le.

socio/psychological skills and capabilities of the participants.

THE FACILITATORS

The three facilitators of the Ultimate Grand Prix© are world-renowned in their fi elds.

Professor Chris Kemp is an ex rock promoter and pro vice Chancellor who has worked at some of the largest events in the world including the Olympic, Paralympic and Commonwealth Games. Chris is a world renowned expert in crowd and safety management with over 35 years experience in the industry.

Professor Patrick Smith is a top Leadership and management expert both in academic and practitioner situations, who has worked with some of the most diffi cult teams in the UK. These include teams in such diverse areas as education, security, major blue chip companies and the NHS. His expertise in this fascinating area is second to none.

Callum Macleod is one of the top racing drivers in the UK and is now enjoying a successful career in GT Sportscars. In 2007 Callum like many of todays F1 drivers won the British Formula Ford Championship. From the 25-race championship he took 14 wins, 21 podiums, and 18 pole positions, 19 fastest laps and 6 lap records.
