Installation and start up

Ultra-low freezers1-Installation and start upRead instruction manual before installation.Failure to read, understand and follow the instruction may result in damage the unit, injury to the operator and poor equipment performance. All internal adjustment and maintenance must be performed by qualified service personnel. 1Follow unpacking instruction.Perform inspection procedure.Dont move the freezer with the product inside. If tipped more than 45, allow the unit to set upright for 24hrs before start up.Choose location/ Firm, level, ambient temp(18-32)For proper ventilation, allow a minimum clearance of 5 at the rear and 8 on the side.Connect power cord and plug it with the power switch off. Should be operated on dedicated grounded service. Check the voltage rating.Turn the battery switch to stand by mode. The rechargeable battery require 36 hrs to charge.

Rinse with clean water and dry with soft cloth.Avoid excessive use of water around control area.Clean air filterShould be cleaned a minimum of four times per year. depending to environmental condition.Follow the instruction to remove the filter.Wash the filter material using water and a mild detergent. Dry by pressing b/n two towels.Replace If torn or excessively dirty.Clean condenserMinimum of once per year.Follow the instruction to get access to the condenserUse vacuum cleaner, excessive care to not damage the condenser fin.Cleaning lid gasketMinimum of once per month.Use cloth, remove any frost and dirt.If dirt or excessive frost build-up prevents the door from closing properly, clean more frequently.

8-Factory installed optionsBUS Operated by the internal battery. If the power to the freezer chamber fails or temperature increases, the BUS injects qualified gas into the chamber to keep the chamber temperature with in the specified range.Locate the mounting hole assembly for installing the injection tee assembly.Follow the instruction to install the assembly. When activated (solenoid valve) this unit injects liquid nitrogen or carbon dioxide. These may cause serious freezing, suffocation.Chart recorderWater- cooled condenserRequires a qualified technician at freezer installation.Proper adjustment of regulating valve.
